If I was hacked, if it was a mistake or something else as I am certain I haven’t violated any of this, I contacted support to see. Rather than assisting me personally after all, support just copy and pasted text from their site about bans. I might at the least love to understand the real cause of the ban therefore I know very well what’s taking place. Therefore as of this true point, all I am able to do is assume i have already been wrongly prohibited plus they refuse look involved with it.
Exactly like many more on right here state, you can find actually not many regional options. The few which have responded direct one to a different website, often IG or SC. Whenever you go to their records they either ignore you (they simply want the supporters), provide compensated solutions, or beg for cash. I became prohibited without any description. My concept, since I don’t pay for those other ‘services’, Tinder doesn’t get their kickbacks as I explained to them, is that.

INITIAL REVIEW: Tinder.com (Match Group) completely ignores any user/customer dilemmas. E.G. I’d to alter my e-mail to meet their application problems. Now a part I’m struggling to upgrade because of their software errors.
I became prohibited for no good explanation, i might think before investing in a membership. Think about other application but this 1. Customer care is beyond awful and will be offering no advice that is helpful contacted. Tinder policy of maybe not reviewing prohibited records is unhelpful.
Photos keep saying again and again, which means that the swipes aren’t being provided for Tinder server. Never ever had this presssing issue before, and worst yet, Tinder does not have customer care. General, outstanding solution, NOT! Learn to run a company without screwing your visitors!
Tinder took cash from me. They have been reported by me towards the authorities for fraud. The consumer solution is a disgraceful and will not help anybody. Really homophobic and company that is racist. Run as a long way away as you can. An abundance of other great, truthful apps to utilize alternatively.
Therefore never ever thought i might state this but the love was found by me of my entire life on Tinder lol. Therefore countless bad experiences to proceed through to get at him. But really, he could be well worth all that sacrifice. Keep your mind up people, you will make it.
